What’s the best piece of wisdom you ever received? It’s impossible to put it down to just one, isn’t it, and we all get different bits of advice at various points in our lives, but I’d love to hear what’s the best advice you’ve ever got. Funny, wise, sad, heartfelt, whatever.


I had to write a letter to my sixteen-year-old self for a charity book the other day, and it’s a tough thing to do. It’s talking to a person and seeing their past and their future all laid out in front of you.  Trust yourself, was what came out.  Just thought of another one, although I forgot it on the day – be kind to yourself.
